Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before 30 days prior to arrival date: Refund of 90% of the tour cost per person.

Less than 30 days prior to arrival date: Refund of 75% of the tour cost per person.

Less than 14~7 days prior to the arrival date: Refund of 50% of the tour cost per person.

Less than 7 days prior to the arrival date: No refund provided.

No-show on the arrival date or same day cancellation: No refund provided.

Delays due to flights or extenuating circumstances: Guests may receive no refund, however, we can keep a tour credit for the reservation for up to one year. This applies to tours only, not winter gear or rentals.

Additional Information

  • All tours are recommended to book in advance.
  • We recommend you purchase travel insurance for your trip.
  • Gratuity is not included in our prices. Providing tips or gratuity is optional, but usually, one person is about $5~10 dollars per day.
